Since 1988, the ACT Regional Building and Construction Industry Training Council (CITC) has been a cornerstone of professional development and training for the building and construction industry within the ACT and surrounding regions. 


As a not-for-profit organisation, our goal is simple yet impactful: to elevate the construction industry by fostering a culture of training excellence, promoting skill development, and advocating for workforce quality and safety.

We provide advice on a range of programs designed to improve skills across all aspects of construction from hands-on trades to project management.

Our annual awards recognise and celebrate the ACT’s Outstanding Graduating Apprentices as well as first year apprentices across all construction industry trades.

COLLABORATION

We engage with educational institutions, government bodies, and training providers to strengthen the design and delivery of training programs.

Our Associates are experienced, technical experts across Vocational Education and Training (VET), Business Operational Transformation and Innovation sectors.
